no tap & pay menu in setting

i checked other z3c and they have tap& pay in the setting. how do i get this enabled?

it doesn't tell how to bring up the menu in the setting.

 i tried installing wallet app like paypal but still didn't bring up the menu.

i searched can't find that. 

click and it says can't be installed in my device's country.

Just like I told you, it is NOT supported in your country, contact Google directly regarding this, as its not a Sony issue but Google

accidentally i found a way to enable this, turn on the nfc, and the menu pop up
