Hi @joebk,

Have you tried removing the widget for your home screen and then add it back again? If not, that might help.

To remove a widget, touch and hold the widget until it becomes selected, then drag it to Remove from Home screen.

To add it to the home screen again, touch and hold an empty area on your Home screen until the device vibrates, then tap Widgets and tap the one that you want to add.

try to clear data of the app go to settings> apps>weather> clear data.

make sure you have the latest update., check what's new app. or google play

make sure you have stable data connection with your phone,. works best with wifi

Hi joebk,

Have you tried restarting your device after replacing the widget on the screen?

Have u tried with latest weather application ???

Here u can find APK for installing it

http://www.apkmirror.com/apk/sony-mobile-communications/xperia-weather/xperia-weather-1-1-0-8-androi...

Install it, put widget on your home and everything should be fine, and then u can deactivate old weather widget Winking_Face

The new waether appliction is included on the Z5's and already did that, but what i'm asking is the old animated one is better.

the weather application don't have an animation design. by the way ansering the question of jack-sony/Xperia support yes i did restart the device many time but nothing change.
