Hi Guys,
I have a few issues with my phone, please see them below.
Any help will be great:
For the last days my phone has not been showing the numbers that I dail in a call.
Sometimes you dial a number and once you are in the call you have to dail an extention, a few days ago this numbers were seen in the screen everytime I dialed them, now they do not show. I hear the beep from dailing every number but I can not see them on the screen.
How can I make them appear again?
I have an almost 2 seconds delay from my voice spoken until the other person in the line hears it, it is very disturbing since ppl think I am ignoring them.
What can I do to remove this gap?
I also have several pictures that are black now, can not see them. How can I make them live again?
I also wanted to update the Android but the update is not yet released for my Country. Any ideas in how to do it taking under consideration this Country issue?
Besides that, I also have the problem that when the alarm goes on there is not button to turn ir off. I have to turn the whole phone off to shut it down.
This does not happen every day but it is turning to be a common issue latelly.
Please find the details from my phone below:
Model: C6802
Android: 4.2.2 (there is no newer version for my phone in Guatemala as yet)
Thanks in advanced for any help that can be given.
Best regards,
Eduardo Mayora.

Try performing a system repair using PC Companion as this will often fix issues - This will factory reset your phone and erase all data so best to backup before you begin
Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the on screen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process
If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP
