my xperia Z3 is vibrating 3 times and isnt turning on

Ok so i have my Z3 that has been perfecty fine since i have had it not a single complaint. but now it wont turn on it is fully charged and i have done everything other suport answers say to do and NOTHING just the same thing. my phone will virbrate 3 times and then show the sony branding and then the charging symbol THATS IT.

Sorry to hear that, try this

Remove both sim and sd cards > under the SIM card flap there's a button, press it for few seconds (be careful its quite fragile) > connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 3 hours even if it doesn't seem that its working

i know it is still charging fine, andi have tried both the little button near the sim and the power and volume up, im gonna try what you said but if it doesnt work what then?

so im trying to do the backup and restore but it isnt conecting properly is that because it is off?

backup & restore won't work if the phone its off, but you can repair the phone with PCC if the phone its charged and off.
