Hi all,
Been experiencing this issue for the past little bit now...
Every so often while listening to music on headphones the music will pause and such. Seems to be a hardware issue with the headphone port.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Music app, and done a factory reset on phone. So its definitely a hardware issue. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue. Seems to only happen when I'm using headphones. While playing through the phone speakers or using bluetooth it is fine.

Hi @jayycopeland,
I agree that this seems to be hardware related since the pausing doesn't happen when you use Bluetooth. If the software repair doesn't help you should contact your Local support team for more information on how you can proceed with getting your phone examined further at an authorised service center.
Have you repaired the phone with PCC?
Check if there's any dirt or grime inside the headphone jack.
Also try to refresh your Smart Connect app:
- Go to Settings -> Apps -> Smart Connect -> Force stop, Unistall updates, Clear data.
- Go to your Play Store and update Smart Connect again.
Don't think it'd be necessary being I just did a fresh factory reset
@uliwooly
I have tried as best as i could to clean out the port with a q-tip, best I can do. and trying a repair through PCC now
