missed call notification

Why is it that when I've missed a call it never shows up? It only reads all forwarded even tho i got call forwarding disabled.

Settings > apps > all > phone > clear data > restart the phone > check again.

Just tried and nothing, i even installed the software on my phone amd in the process corrupted my memory card. Any other idea? @uliwooly

Hello!!

I've got the xperia z3 for approximately 2 months and i' m facing a problem with the missed calls. Most of the times the missed calls  appear like answered calls and so in the main menu there's no such a notification. Very few times it works properly. Could you please help me with this? Is there any application that I can select?
