Lollipop 🍭 ruined my compact

Ever since I updated to lollipop , my phone is having multiple issues
1- heats up sometimes so much that I can even use it for ironing my clothes
2- refused to charge more than 2-3 % WHEN using phone whether playing games or browsing through opera mini and Facebook app.
3- battery drainage is very quick, it drops 1 % with every song played through speakers at around 70% volume
4- while typing this my battery has gone down from 18% to 12. It just drops every few minutes or more so seconds whether I install apps from sd card, or do other stuff
5- it lags few times while scrolling through setting menu and I noticed a log during opening of apps like opera as compared to other versions.
6- previously in kitkat my phone display had problem of displaying washed colour but it was fixed in lollipop as suggested by the care centre.
I did everything thing suggested by the forum members like. Reinstall and repair through pc companion but battery issue had not been fixed.
7- before upgrading to latest firmware released few days ago battery was draining at 1% per 30 sec rate with few minutes gap in between.
8- latest firmware hasn't fixed it yet and I did Turning the ph off via small button near sim slot and charging it fully.
9- I also did factory reset fully and reinstall via pc companion again but didn't work
10- last night battery %age was 79% before I locked it and went to bed closing all apps. But in the morning it was at 71 %. And then it went to 69% within using phone for a minute or two.

If you found KK to be a good firmware then a manual downgrade would be an option to consider

I can't help with your issues you are having but you could consider manually downgrading or waiting for firmware bug fixes

I did a fresh installation of latest firmware which was available 2 days ago.

One more thing I noticed.
I tested z3c against z1c. I removed external card, and install 10 apko files which I downloaded from playstore and kept their backup. I noticed two things
1- z1 c installed same apk's faster than z3c atleast 2 sec in small apps and more in bigger apps like Facebook etc with size more than 20mb.
2- z1 c battery went down only 4% but z3c went down 8%.
Both were on latest lollipop firmware and we're restarted before the test took place. Z3 heated more than z1. Now now have another problem of slow disk write speed. Any Sony employees here can help. Me because if I go to care centre they will again flash my phone with firmware but the problem will no go away and I don't want to loose my data again again. Is there a way they can flash kitkat if there is a problem with lollipop

How to manually do that. Can Sony flash tool can do that. Because I don't want to void my warranty and hurt my phone

I don't think a service centre will downgrade your phone but you could certainly ask - Performing a downgrade will however require your phone to have all data erased

To downgrade you need a .ftf firmware file and a program called Flashtool

I downgraded to kitkat and noticed most of my problems are gone. Kitkat is alot better than lollipop in many ways.
1- battery drainage is consistent.
2-heatup problem solved
3-scrolling through menu is smoother
4-phone is charging while playing games.
5-the way sony implement its ui in kitkat is way better than lollipop pop. Like app drawer with full screen, notification menu etc.
6- I also noticed louder volumes in notification and may be in music player through headphones (not truly sure about that). But notification were louder.
7- i liked old music player ui than new, i mean its easy to switch between clear audio, and new one is very colorful for my taste.
8- installation of apk from sd cards doesn't drain battery as much as lollipop.

I think what sony did with kitkat is way better than what they did with lollipop, the only reason i will consider lollipop upgrade if raw support is provided.
I think sony should start tweaking their ui instead of implementing other manufacturers small features.
