we have an xperia z and s in the house both phones are listed on sony mobile as having updates available neither will see the download using sus pc companion or ota,
any ideas?
can sony provide a direct download link or a system for updating that works?

Have said all I have to say, last sony device for me, after so many years loyal to them as well. You were on the way back up in the mobile platform, I can only imagine this has put a lot of your uk/unbranded users off for the future.
well I was sure I made a post about poor customer service, it seems to have been deleted so I guess its true sony dont offer support or any form of customer care for products they sell direct.:smileyangry:
