I connected my phone to computer this morning and the programme advised new firmware is available for upgrade,

so I accpeted all the terms and proceed the upgrading.

After the upgrade completed, I turned on my phone and wanted to msg my colleauges with whatsapp but

it said "Xperia Chinese Keyboard has stopped"

Some of my colleauges could not speak English and I need the chinese input method back!

what should I do with this?

is there anyway to downgrade the firmware or so?

I had the same issue but I fixed by doing the following :

Go to settings -> Apps -> then swipe right till you see 'all apps' -> Look for Xperia Chinese Keyboard --> Then choose 'clear all data'

Afterwards, thr crash problem would be solved

I have just upated to 4.3, and have found that the English words spelling auto correction on the Xperia Chinese Keyboard on this new Android 4.3 update is not working.

In the settings for the Xperia Chinese keyboard, at "English text input settings -> Word suggestions", I have tried all three options, namely "I want to have my typos autocorrected" / "I never want to have any words or letters replaced" / "I don't want any help when writing, not even suggestions".

It looks like that the 1st and the 2nd option have completely the same effects. The 1st option doesn't "auto correct" my typos at all.

Same problem here. Tried clearing cache, etc. Even did a factory reset but no luck. The international keyboard works flawlessly though.

Would someone from Sony confirm that this is a bug in the firmware update for Android 4.3 for Z Ultra?
