Call waiting & lock during call

Hi, using my z2 with latest update,
1) when.i recieve a new call (waiting) while i am already in a call, the calling contact name is not appearing, its covered by the current call info !!!
2) during a normal call , if i get the mobile off then on my head ,sensor should get the diplay off again swiftly , its not the case at all, somtimes display keeps running, & sometimes it give a" black light" not turning off , this is not normal
Please help to.solve this

Settings > apps > all > smartkey > if you have that app, uninstall it > restart the phone.

Yes all callers , only the phone number part appears from behind, but the current contact name covers the calling contact name

are you using a third party phone app?

No im just using only the original apps, not lot of applications even, this os happening since i bought z2

Boot on safemode and check again

Hello uliwooly, thanks, i think.issue is.not reoccuring in safe mode , it will by my journey then to find the faulty app thanks 4 ur support
