After upgrade to Andriod 5.0 Lollipop, my personal contact ringtones were loss.

Dear All:

I upgrade my Xperia Z2 to Android Lollipop two week ago, then I discovered that my personal contact ringtones were loss.

(Before upgrade it working fine. I put these mp3 music in my SD card.)

When I check the ringtones setting the file and the mp3 were shown right information on the list,

but when I receive the phone call Z2 still play the default ringtones.

I reset the factory default, but still not change and i also create a file named "ringtones" in my SD card, then put these music file in it, but still not working.

I discovered when i put the music file in Internal storage space, the ringtones worked.

My questions is there any way i can set my personal contact ringtones, if my music file are locate in my SD card ?

It doesn't seemed to be a way other than keeping the ringtones on the internal storage.

I have the same problem... so far is the only way I know to work, but it is a failure that should not exist.

I hope it will be resolved.
