2 versions of 10.1.A.1.434 update?

When the 10.1.A.1.43 update rolled out i checked for the update from the PC companion and it was like 700 mb or somthing but from the phone itself (update center) it was 9.8 mb. But my phone already downloaded the update and now when i connect it to the PC companion it says i already have the latest update.

so my question is why the huge diffrence? or are they the same?

Its the same when you connect your phone to the PC Companion you will download the whole SW thats why the file is larger. But for the OTA only the changed/affected part of the SW will be downloaded

I had installed the new system update 10.1.A.1.43 yesterday. After the reboot my home screen app icons aswell as the menu app icons are not responding at all. Has anybody experiencing this problem and is there any way to fix this ???
