had phone since march of this year. got the message earlier this week when trying to reset the phone. it was having issues trying to install an os update. so backed up everything the last hour. and now I get this error message 100% of the time. can't power on without getting it. can't plug it in because I'll get this message. the OS is 100% stock. It is a dual sim model.
