I cannot forward my my calls via call forwarding, I am doing this correctly as my xz does it my wife's z5 does just not my xz premium, it says unexpected response from network, done all the resets as well and no luck, any help please?
Call forwarding is controlled by your network. Some networks will allow you to activate and de-activate this via a supported handset but if you can not do it with your phone, contact your network to get this set up.
