Xperia XZ1 Wifi Authentication problem

Hi Guys,

I Have been a Sony fan for years now. Upgraded a week ago to the XZ1. Since upgrading i can no longer connect to our local Wi-Fi at work. My PC and Sony Z5 still works on this Wi-Fi. I have read all the comments on how to correct (Reboot phone and router ect.) but am still having this issue. I have even done all the possible system updates availible from the xperia companion app, but still no sucssess. It picks up the Wi-Fi, Saves the Wi-Fi but then it gives me the authentication error.Please help me as i am losing faith in the product.

Need urgent assistence as i use this device for work!!!

try to connect while you are on safe mode,

also be sure to remove your workplace router from the list of know wifi spots in your device.

this might be stupid, but try to check the passoword. be sure to type it correctly with the capitals and numbers.
