When I receive a call on my new XZ, it is hard to hear the voice of the caller. I had same problem on my old Z3 and it might be something simple, but i'd be grateful of help. .

Hi @thestonequo, sorry for the late reply to your post and I'm sorry to hear about your this.
Have you tried adjusting the volume when you are in a call? You can do that by simply pressing the volume button on the right side of your phone. Do note that you can only access the volume for calls during an ongoing call.
If there is no change when you adjust the volume, I'd recommend that you test the ear speaker in the inbuilt test in your phone. The test can be found in Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test > Ear speaker.
Let me know how it goes and sorry again for the late reply.

@Sunking101
Exactly, and people can hear everything if there is quiet around or the caller speaks louder. Sony should let us adjust the volume to the 0 for privacy. All Xperias have this issue. I have Z3C and XC, both with the same problem.

Hi Jonas, yep...it's a bit better now. I just don't understand why Sony don't let punter adjust sound easier.

Hi again @thestonequo!
I'm glad to hear that it's better now and I will make sure to forward your thoughts on how to adjust the sound in an easier way internally as user feedback!
