SD Card Causing XZs to continuously restart?

Today I noticed that my phone kept restarting. I took out the SD card and everything is working fine. Has anyone else had this issues on thier Xperia XZs Dual? I have a SanDisk 128gb micro sd card...that is new.

Sorry to hear about this issue

This sounds as though the SD card may have some bad data loaded onto it, the best action to take would be to backup the SD card and then format it with a PC/Mac computer.

Once done you should be able to put the SD card back in and have no issues with restarting, as long as the card is not faulty.

Hey thanks for your reply! I ended up trying some other troubleshooting methods and put the SD card into my old phone (Xperia X Performance), it worked fine. I had some old SD cards laying around that I put into my XZs and didn't have any issues there, I would use those cards but they are old and only about 8gb. So not sure what to make of this fluke! I guess I should ask if SD card type has anything to do with it? Does one brand work better with the Xperia phones?
