screen staying black

hello

my XZ was working fine and i locked my screen, later when i went to unlock the screen stayed black. I can see the screen change colour slightly when phone is unlocked/repowered. I still have tones and LEDs working on my phone.

I have tried to restart phone and also a software repair with no joy.

Can anyone help?

I'm sorry to hear that but that seems to be a hardware issue rather than software, you should contact your Local support to get inspected / repaired.
