Restore backup from PC Companion

I have XZ I did backup my data from it and now I cant restore, it is keeping interrupted in the middle

Safe backup which you want to restore somethere, cos after uninstall of Xperia Companion it will delete, the uninstall Xperia Companion and try install it again, then try again to restore it. If will not helps, contact with local support
