Do not disturb coming on randomly

At random times of the day my do not disturb is enabled. I've not set any times for this, and there is no pattern for it happening, ie after making calls etc.  It's happened when my phone has been on silent and with volume  

It really is annoying, especially when I'm waiting on calls. I need to keep checking and checking my phone to make sure it's not coming on.

I've looked for other posts but none with my exact issue  

Is there something I need to set so this doesn't happen?

Just to confirm, if you go into Settings > Sound > Do Not Disturb is there anything (other than + Add More) under Automatic rules? If there is (eg. a profile set up) click the trash can to the right to delete it.

Other than that, and accidentally hitting the volume down key whilst on silent mode activating it (which I feel you should be able to disable as a setting as its soooo easy to do but hey ho), I'm not too sure.

Thanks for the advice  I went to the settings as you instructed  and lo and behold there were 2 automatic rules set. I can't remember setting these but I deleted them. Hopefully this will fix it. Cheers 😁👍
