What do you mean by "after updating to Nougat 7.1.1"? It came with it preinstalled....

Yes the phone came with nougat 7.1 then i received an update to 7.1.1 after that the problems keep coming one after another

...that's not how it works. XZP had 7.1.1 on board from the very beginning, there was no Android version bump yet.

and which software build are you on? because that varies between the region's. the latest one is 45.0.A.7.120, you can check the number in Settings - About phone - build number.

Yes the build number is 45.0.A.7.120

Still not helped me with the problem
