I can't access to my phone

My device fell on my baby's hand and now the touch is not working. But it can be connected to a mouse and work. But the pin code of my device is incorrect. Here are some of my valuable files, I need to get them. PLEASE HELP ME ….

If you don't remember your pin code then the only option is a factory reset.

Advice for everyone.

Check that Google backup is active.

Be old fashioned and write essential information on paper.

Unfortunately, if you can't remember the screenlock, the only way to access the device again is doing a factory data reset.

And make sure to fix the screen also so it won't impact the rest of the phone.
