Automatically stop when playing music

Hi, I have a problem with my Xpreia Xz these few days.

When I play music, it may be stopped automatically and randomly,

and smart connect notice icon  disapears at the same time.

I have to touch play button if I want to contiune the music.

It happens every time, even playing with built-in speaker.

I had tried to change player app and move music files to built-in storage.

And do not work.

Is there any advise ?

Have you tried to search for similar issues?

I dont have these issues when playing music on the phone. I am just disappointed with the internal speakers. not enough clarity and bass. But connected to my car through blutooth or to my earphones, it works great.

The similar issue I have just like you is when I cast music on my Parrot Speakers. I stops automatically afetr half a song or after a couple of songs. somethimes more. But I suspect the culprit is in the speakers wifi connection, not the phone.

Hi guys. I using Sony XperiaXZ. So when I tried to listen music or video (doesn't matter which player, YouTube, Spotify, Sony music etc.) Suddenly stops. Sometimes 2-3 min later or 30 min later doesn't matter it's happening all the time. What can I do? (Safe mode has been tried)

Is this with headphones or through speakers?

Oh sorry I forgot to say, doesn't matter again, with headphones or without headphones. It's stops anyway...

Well I can see how that would become annoying..

Myself I'd first check the headphone port, (even on speakers if the 3.5mm pins make a connection, it will stop the music) if that all seems clear I'd perform a backup and software repair using Xperia Companion

If it still did it, the device would need looking at so I'd recommend contacting your Local support.
