Hi friends. After lates update(android 8.0.0) my xperia xa1 plus start freeze often. It says that system processor stop working. i try lock and then unlock. After this i can work . Please help. How can i solve this problem? what is the issue?

I'm sorry to hear about your phone. Do you do anything specific when this happens, and can you tell me exacly what the message says?

Have you had the option to test your phone in safe mode (Clickable link)? In safe mode, all third party applications are temporarily deactivated, but you can still use the basic functions like calling and text messaging, accessing the Internet and using the camera. We use safe mode to make sure that the behaviour you are experiencing is not casued by a downloaded application. To exit safe mode, just restart your phone.

If the behaviour still persists in safe mode, I suggest that you do a backup using Xperia Companion and the proceed with a software repair using Xperia Companion. A Software repair will remove all software in the phone and reinstall the latest available version of the android system, so be careful and do the backup so you don't lose any important data stored on the internal storage. Data stored on a SD-card or cloud service will not be affected.

I tried use safe mode. I think that it is ok know. Issue about application.

how can i find which app freeze the phone? What can i do for know?

Unfortunately, it's a bit tricky to find out which one of your apps that causes this behaviour. I suggest that you start with going to the Google Play Store and make sure all your applications are updated. You do this by tapping Google Play Store > the three lines in the top left corner > My Apps and Games > Update all. If you still get the error, I recommend that you uninstall or deactivate some of your downloaded applications a few at a time to narrow it down.

Fews days ago i did an accident and at that time my phn was in my pocke. After accident my back camera and flash light is not workin.

Last night suddenly It's start workin. But Today morning i saw its again not workin.

Hi, Please Help. My Xperia XA1 Plus freeze. So I've decided to reboot and while rebooting showing the "XPERIA" logo my phone suddenly freeze and its almost an hour nothing changes. It is still in the XPERIA Logo. please help, Thank you
