Phone suddenly turn itself off

Hi team,

My xperia XA2 suddenly turn off after falling into the ground, and when I turn on again, it shows a repari sign. The phone then goes ok. After a period, it turns off again. When I turn on, a repair sign appear again before resuming operation.. It turn off itself about twice in a day. Do I need to send it to the service centre to repair?

Hi @PK35, I'm sorry to hear about that.  

I would recommend you to try performing a software repair and see if this makes any difference. Keep in mind that this will erase all data on your phone and you will be needed to create a backup before performing the repair. 

If you still are experiencing this after the software repair I would recommend you to contact your local support for more information in how to send your phone in to a authorized service center and get it examined.
