Bug channels on XH8096

Hello, I have a problem with my tv. The problem happens when I sort the channels. When I have finished, the tv changes channels by itself. It go into a loop and it changes automatically between four channels. The problem finish if I restart de tv or if I turn off, wait few minutes and turn on.

The other problem only is only happened once. I have disconnected power and antenna and when I connected and I turn on my tv, the channels have been sorted as when they were searched for the first time.

My tv have Android 9.0.

Does anyone know if this is an Android or tv problem?. I have bought the tv 2 days ago.

When you speak about restar the TV, How do you the process?

Push the Power button from remote for five seconds until restart TV?

If the problem persists, as the TV is under warranty, then it is best to contact Sony support.
