SD card issues

my z2 tablet will not detect the sd card i am using a sony 64g sd card and purchased a new one just in case there may have been an issue with the old one but this did not solve the problem the error message i recieve says download failed due to missing sd card.

64Gb might be too large. I'd start trying a smaller SD card. I use a 23gB sandisk microSd card that has been working neatly for years.
