Incorrect serial number

Hi again.

just had email from Sony offering me 2 free movies. I tried to enter my detsils but it kept saying serial number incorrect. ive taken it from the back of the tablet and on the status menu. anyone else had this issue??

I got the same email and serial number went in ok. To confirm serial number is on the tablet by tne power charge socket.
