I have a KD 43XE7002 ultra HD tv and over this weekend the streaming apps (Netflix, Amazon, iPlayer, YouTube etc) all have poor connectivity (generally a show will freeze after 20 seconds) as well as not playing any sound. Sky is working fine so not a general sound issue. Wi-Fi is good and is showing perfect connection to tv.
I understand that the latest software upgrade has been rolled out this month, and reading around it sounds as though these things occur when sony roll out an upgrade - anyone else having issues/assist in fixing?
