Hi, I have been given a Sony HX400V for Christmas but can’t download photos from it to my iPad or iPhone. I have downloaded PlayMemories and following all the correct steps but it all grinds to a halt with the “ connecting” message on camera and the little timer circle going round and around and around.....Any tips or help would be gratefully received! Thanks in anticipation
