Sony Music Centre CD Import Error -1

Hi, on a newly built Windows 10 Desktop PC,  Music Centre is giving Failure to import from cd Error code -1 on CD import. I don't get the error on an older Windows 10 laptop. Any ideas? At moment I am having to use Windows Media Player to rip the cd and then import into Music Centre.

Hey numeromaestro, maybe the OS updates? Have you checked it and compared to the compatibility of the software?

Problem solved: Discovered that a separate user account on same PC was not having a problem importing CDs so I ruled out any Operating system issues. I took a copy of my music library and deleted everything under C:\Users\****\AppData\Roaming\Sony\Music Center. I then copied back all the music files and re-imported them into Music Center. Hey-presto I can now import new CDs again.  I assume the problem was a corrupt Music Centre db. Deleting all the user files and re-constructing them seems to have fixed the issue.
