Hi guys;
I keep updating my Norton Antivirus in regular basis. However in "status¿ the Auto-protect button is ¿Off¿! Email scanning shows ¿Error¿! Subscription shows ¿Expired¿!!
Although I have ticked the "Start-Auto protect when window start up" and clicked OK and "default all", the whole thing goes back to how it was before!!! Like it has a mind of it¿s own!!! Everything shows Off, Error and Expired again!!!
I also don't get anymore reminders for updating nor do I get ¿Auto scanning¿ for virus as I used to!
Can anyone help please
Thanks
Sabi
You may have a virus . . . try running a one of the online virus scans. There is one at Trend

Hey, this link do not funktion with firefox.:smileycry:
No it don't work!:smileycry:
HouseCall (for Netscape) installation
It appears that the required components for HouseCall are not currently installed on your computer.
To install HouseCall, do the following steps:
1. download this program ;
2. run it;
3. restart your Netscape browser.
So the link works. But as you are using Firefox (I assume), not Netscape, the link has little relevance
That would explain that.
Netscape, is that food?
No, another browser:smileylaugh:
Most online scanners won't work with Firefox something to do with ActiveX I would guess - it should work if you fire up Internet Explorer though.
I agree Rob.
But how usefuly is a online scanner, when I use a other and not my standard Browser.
(I know, Netscape is another Browser. That was a joke:smileyraised_eyebrow: )
