I have a vaio vgn-sz3vwp/x with a 120GB SATA hard disc. I would like to establish the maximum size of replacement I can achieve with the system. Any issues on doing this? Can anyone help please. Many thanks.

I don't think there is any limit for your model. On some older computers issued prior to XP SP1 there was a limit of 137GB but your model is much later than this and came with SP2.
Just be aware that you need a slimline 2.5" SATA drive no thicker than 9.5mm. These are now available up to 1TB.

If you need disassembly instructions, send me a PM with your email address.
