Hello,
Is it possible to replace graphic card "NVIDIA® GeForce® 410M GPU" on my Sony Vaio VPCEJ2B1E and upgrade it for something better?
Also, is it possible to upgrade HDD to SDD?
Thanks in advance!
Hi igordavid and welcome.
The graphics cannot be upgraded. It is not a card but a chip and it is soldered into the main board.
The HDD can be upgraded to a SSD but the Recovery Discs cannot be used to reinstall the original software and you may need to create a mirror of the HDD. Make sure you understant the process before you start!!

if you can reach the HDD, you can replace it with a SSD.

If it is soldered onto the mainboard, you can't replace it.

It could be possible to add external card:
External Video Graphics Card Base Dock Docking Station
It will take your wifi-module mini PCI-E slot. (or Expresscard or NGFF- or M.2versions or even for Mac)
GTX 780Ti would be good choice if your Sony have NVIDIA otherwise
(R9 290X would be fine with AMD.)
But it cannot be sure. Same brand, driver-versions etc. would be usefull to get succes.
