Hi,

can anyone please guide me as to how to tighten the Hinges of my laptop. it has become very loose.

Hi Samudra,

I’m happy to be proved wrong on this but I know of no Sony notebook that has tensioning adjustment on the screen hinges.

I think you will find that the hinge mechanism will need replacing.

but this is a normal hinge, my laptop doesnt have a power switch on the hinge. vpcea1z1e.
