hi all,

sadly my vaio was stolen last week 😞

the police want my serial number but i never wrote it down..

i believe i may have entered it in here to sign up though.. does anyone know how i could obtain it?

Sorry to hear that your Vaio was stolen...

You should be able to get your serial number by logging into e-support , once logged in select Manage the products you registered, then click on the + next to the model that's been stolen and your serial number should appear underneath..

If that does not work then contact vaio-Link for further advice..

Another hint: ALL dealers selling laptops record the serial number before they hand you over the laptop or before they send it to you. Contact your dealer and I bet he has the serial number. The dealer is actually the first place where you should look for the serial number.
