ultra dma 66 ide cable Sony vaio rx 305

I am thinking about replacing the old Pioneer dvr-104 with a the fastest DVR-109 dvd+/-rw burner.

http://www.pioneeraus.com.au/computer/dvdwriters/dvr109/

It states :

To achieve the specified writing and reading performance it is important that the DVR-109 is connected to the IDE port via an 80 way ribbon cable and that the IDE port is at least UDMA 66 or above

How do I know if my Sony RX 305 has an 80 way ribbon cable, and does it support UDMA 66???

Please reply asap

Yes, I think the drive make no problem.

But excuse me, I can't take the responsibility. It's your money.

Read the AGB(I mean the Contract) from your salesman.
Search the point "Right of revocation".

But sorry, I have no experience with the British system.
Here is a german example .
