I am an engineer working on this non-EU viao E Series model VPCEB15FG (thanks for not supporting it Sony-EU) when system restore from hidden partition is atempted it goes through to sysprep then reports a failure (power interuption although non happened) and does not continue... Girl who owns it says she has never had any restore disks. Any ideas anybody?
