Vaio VPCEF3E1E, Windows 7, 64 bit
Working perfectly, except that one program brings up this message so I can't use that program.
The original message was "Program encountered a problem at log point 0.2"
After updating everything and re-installing the program, the message changed to
"Program encountered a problem at log point 0.2-Start-5-The RPC Server is unavailable"
Any ideas, please? I've seen suggestions on the Microsoft site, but they all seem to apply to either Windows XP or 32-bit machines, so I'm really looking for advice specific to this model.
(And in words of one syllable, please!)
