Still not sure what your problem is.

Is the BIOS still the one supplied by Sony?

Are you able to access the BIOS?

If you are able to access the BIOS have you reset the BIOS back to default settings?

If you are not able to access the BIOS then you would need to contact Vaio support to assist you further because it is likely that your Vaio would need to be sent off for BIOS reflashing.
