Must press Num Lk every time i start and wan't to login

Whats wrong? I dont want to have this problem every time and if another account use the laptop they dont know what to do?? My wife and children cant start and use their logins.

Hi pin8421,

If I understand you correctly Num Lock is on at Startup and you want it off by default. If so have a look at the following link:
