moiton eye wont work on my FE21m

I recently installed windows 7 and now cannot get my webcam to work, it worked fine on windows XP... now  it says that its being used by another program   but I have uninstalled & reinstalled the software for it still no joy.

when a friend of mine wenton skype I could see and hear him but he couldnt see me just hear me ..anyone got an idea of whats happening or got the software and drivers for windows 7

What driver do you have installed?  Have you installed a camera driver or has Windows 7 installed a generic USB driver?  Go to Device Manager -> Imaging Devices.  Is your camera shown and what is it called?
