I bought an VGN FS415S just three months ago and several of the keys have begun to come lose and fall off - not happy. Has anyone else experienced similar problems?

As you only had your Vaio for three months then I suggest you contact Vaio-support and request that they either send you replacement keys or repair your keyboard...
I have some replacement keys being sent for the keys which have become detached but there is some loosening in a number of other keys so i fear this issue will be ongoing and allegedly according to vaio support my keyboard is not covered under warranty for repairs of this sort which I find incredible not entirely plausible.....
TonyBeard had a very similar problem, he had a word with Adam, but now that's he's gone I don't know who I could put you in touch with, maybe Tweedy will know?

A similar thing happened - it was called "call the fire brigade" (I remember Seb21 and I laughing about that!) and apparently VAIO-Link "investigated" what we had brought to their attention. Though no one ever got back to either of us!
