How do you upgrade the memory on a netbook?

Hi VAIO PCG-21313M Netbook.

Does any one know how to access the memory on these, can not find any external panels for it, could be its under the keyboard or will this be a back to Sony job?

You are quoting an invalid model.  You probably have a VPCM12M1E netbook - check on the screen surround.

If you do have a M-Series netbook, the memory is under the keyboard and you will find instructions and a video of how to upgrade here: -

Thanks for all the information, it’s a VPCM13M1E and the guide to removing the keyboard is easy to follow so thanks to you I will be buying and inserting 2 GB tomorrow.
