HELP!!!...

hey all...Im new to this forum and I need help bigtime as the SONY VAIO support is turning out to be useless. anyway...I have a VAIO PCG-GRZ615M notebook and it keeps heating up and shuttin down on me! Im guessing something is wrong with the fan! Does anyone know what type of fan it uses or something or anything else I should do! any advice would be appreciated! thanx...:smileyhappy:
