How can I watch and record Freeview on my desktop VGC V2m

You need a SCART to 3 phono plug lead.

Put the SCART in the SCART Out on the box
And the 3 phonos in the ext in sockets

Then you go to Gigapocket and switch to the external channels

Just a thought to add to this thread; is it possible to get Freeview through my V2M even though I get my TV through cable?

I know it doesn't work through my TV, but the Vaio seems to pick up a lot more channels than my TV does, so thought it may work.

The cable box probably has a SCART OUT, you can use that
