Fitting 2nd HDD to Sony VGN AR11B

I have a spare Hitachi Travelstar 40Gb laptop hdd lying around and want to fit it into my Sony VGN AR11B.
I see the second hdd bay but looks like i need some sort of adapter to make hdd fit into the connector. Can anyone tell me where i can get one from. Tried google but couldn't find anywhere in uk. So if anyone knows or can help i'd be most grateful.

I suppose that the Hitachi travelstar you have it's an IDE HDD, Ar11B needs sata hdd..

fudge it....
get a usb adaptor for the hdd..
and squeeze it all into drive bay,
