Hey
I read in the book that came with my notebook that I can connect it to my TV and record the programme using some kind of software on my notebook. In the book it also pointed out what I would need to connect it to the tv (some kind of wires etc?)
But... I've lost the book so forgotton what I would need. However I remember it did say they sell them in the sony style shop.
Any ideas what I would actually need/any links to where I could buy them from and what price range I would be looking in?
Thanks,
Fid
Hi Karl
On my K115Z their is a yellow 3.5mm socket next to the mic and headphone/speaker socket which is marked AV out in the paperwork, and it plugs in there. I think some Vaios have this at the back. I dont know your model.
Good Luck.
I've got an A series 217M which has the TV out at the back. I bought the Maplin cable but I don't get any picture on my TV. Tried switching monitors etc in the Displa and switching the kit on in various sequences but it doesn't help. I suspect that the VAIO is not sending any output - maybe it can't detect the TV.
My TV works through the same socket with a video game so it's not the TV.
Any suggestions?

Hi Fid,
Yeah I like Littlewoods for the payment structure too, but I find they make a lot of errors in their catalogues.
Dont know if you have sorted this yet.
