CD-RW / DVD-RW Drive

My new VGC-V2 Desktop can read DVD's but has stopped being able to read CD-RW and Audio CD's; please help!

Have you tried a lens cleaning disc yet?

I have tried to clean the drive. Still cannot get the CD-RW or the audio CD's to work.
I can see it try's to get the CD to start but then seems to "give up".
I would really appreciate any help here.

Sorry, I was unaware of the rules. That aside I am getting desperate. Can you help in any way?
