hi newbie here so sorry if this is an easy fix and im just a knob
have a vaio vpcw12s1e running windows 7 home and a 2gb mem upgrade
the problem is when i go round friends and try to connect to there internet it connects to there routers but gives me no internet access i have avg 2011 full ive disabled the firewall but to no aval
i do connect to there internet and for 10-20 secs it shows limited connectivty but then that clears and show me connected with a good signal. But i use u torrent so i opened that up and hey presto it was downding seeds and downloading so i tried an internet page but no kept telling me googles adress was busy or down
im gussing its something to do with avg cos
I go home turn on and straight away im connected and able to access the internet
also have fire fox and ie but run on either
